Swingin Bullshit Workout

Introducing the "Swingin' Bullshit" golf workout - the perfect way to improve your game without actually practicing your swing! Start with some light stretching, then move on to the "Club Lifting" exercise where you lift your golf club up and down for as many reps as you can manage (while ignoring the confused looks from other golfers). Next, practice your "Green Yoga" by contorting your body into various positions while pretending to line up a putt.
